The Book More Clients Masterclass: For Beauty & Aesthetics Service Providers

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This page explains what we collect when you register for The Book More Clients Masterclass, what we do with it, and how you tell us to stop.

Who we are

The Book More Clients Masterclass and the website at bookmoreclientsmasterclass.com (the "Service") are operated by The Marketing Funnelista, a division of FierceBOLD Technology dba FierceBOLD LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By registering for the masterclass or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the handling of your information described here. Words defined in our Terms & Conditions carry the same meaning on this page.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in the registration form, buy something, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile number
  • Business details you choose to share, such as the type of beauty or aesthetics services you offer
  • Anything you write to us in a reply, a chat, or a live session question

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Our systems record technical details sent by your browser or device: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring source, the pages you open, and the dates, times and duration of those visits. We also record which of our emails you open, which links you click, and whether you attended the live session or watched the replay.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Register you and send your joining link
  • Send reminders before the masterclass and the replay link afterwards
  • Deliver anything you purchase, including the Growth Acquisition System and its bonuses
  • Answer your questions and provide support
  • Send further training, offers and updates you may find useful
  • Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it
  • Keep records, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations

Text messages

By giving us your mobile number on the registration form, you agree that we may text you about the masterclass, including confirmation, reminders, the replay, and offers related to it.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Email

Registering adds you to the email list for this masterclass and for related training and offers from The Marketing Funnelista. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away. We may still email you about something you have bought, because those messages are part of delivering it.

The live session

The masterclass runs on a third-party video platform and is recorded so a replay can be made available for a limited time. If you turn on your camera or microphone, or type in the chat or Q&A, your name and what you contribute may appear in that recording. If you would rather not appear, stay off camera and off microphone and send your questions to us by email instead.

Cookies and pixels

Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. We use cookies and similar tracking technology, including advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta and Google, to remember your registration, measure which adverts and pages are working, and show you relevant follow-up advertising.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you when one is being set. If you do, parts of the Service may not work properly.

Service providers

We use third-party companies to run the Service on our behalf. These include website and funnel hosting, our customer relationship and messaging platform, the video platform used for the live session and replay, our email and text message senders, analytics providers, and our payment processors.

These providers can access your information only to do the job we have asked them to do, and are required not to use it for anything else.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our list. Beyond the service providers described above, we share information only where you have asked us to, where it is needed to complete a transaction you have started, or where it is required for the legal reasons set out below.

Security

We take the security of your information seriously and use commercially reasonable measures to protect it. No transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: to deliver the masterclass and anything you buy, to keep financial and tax records, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Asking to unsubscribe stops the marketing but does not by itself delete your records; ask us if that is what you want.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
  • Stop sending you marketing emails or texts

Write to us using the contact details below and we will deal with your request within the time allowed by the law that applies to you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including under California and UK or EU data protection law, and we will honour those rights where they apply.

Under 18

The Service is intended for adults in business and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from under-18s. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them promptly.

Legal requests

We will disclose personal information where the law, a court order, or a valid legal request requires us to.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always sits on this page, and changes take effect when they are posted here. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised, so it is worth checking back occasionally.
